These Terms govern your use of Purposefully Paid. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Purposefully Paid provides career-development tools, coaching support, and AI-generated guidance. Outputs are informational and may contain errors. You remain responsible for career, employment, education, and financial decisions and for verifying important information.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.
If you separately opt in, Purposefully Paid may send recurring informational text messages including account notifications, career-coaching guidance, reminders, and progress nudges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is optional and is not a condition of using Purposefully Paid.
Reply STOP to cancel text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@tonespass.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not send marketing texts under this program.
Purposefully Paid and its service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate and provide the service.
We may update, suspend, or modify features and these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated here. Purposefully Paid is not responsible for employment, hiring, admissions, compensation, or other third-party decisions.
