Purposefully Paid provides AI-supported career coaching, planning, and professional-development tools. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.
We may collect account and contact information; career, education, goals, preferences, and coaching information you provide; resumes and other documents you choose to upload; product usage and technical information; and, if you opt in to text messaging, your mobile phone number and SMS consent records.
We use information to provide and improve Purposefully Paid, personalize career coaching, maintain accounts, communicate service information, support users, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use SMS consent to enroll you in marketing messages.
We may use service providers to host, secure, analyze, and deliver the service and communications. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable law.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
If you separately opt in, Purposefully Paid may send informational text messages such as account notifications, career-coaching guidance, reminders, and progress nudges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not required to use Purposefully Paid.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
You may contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
Purposefully Paid is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates the current version.
